About the role

Responsibilities
- Support in projects in the field of ground engineering / geotechnics (preparation and compilation of geotechnical reports and foundation engineering calculations / recommendations, excavation approvals, geotechnical construction supervision)
- Planning and development of investigation concepts and overseeing their implementation
- Maintaining and expanding business relationships with our clients
- Acting as the interface to specialist planners and advising clients and site managers
- Participating in winning contracts, negotiations and coordination with our clients, project partners and authorities
- Managing resource allocation, including coordination of subcontractors on your projects
Requirements
- Master’s degree in geosciences or civil engineering with a focus on geotechnics/earthworks, or equivalent
- Several years of professional / practical experience in the described areas and ready for the next career step (desirable)
- Interest in a mix of on-site and office work
- Experience in client support and acquiring new clients
- Organizational and communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Proficient German language skills, both socially and professionally (at least C1 level in spoken and written)
- Confident use of MS Office programs and, where applicable, knowledge of geotechnical software (GGU programs) and tendering software
- Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license (Class B)
