About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional strategic projects across multiple product squads.
- Drive alignment between business goals and technology delivery across teams, including Websites, Client Area, PSPs, Trading Platforms, and CRM.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and interdependencies to ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes on time.
- Establish clear governance, visibility, and reporting processes across all initiatives.
- Monitor delivery health, identify potential risks or delays, and drive proactive mitigation strategies.
- Track team velocity and performance, helping identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Act as the bridge between Product Owners, Development Teams, and Business Stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and expectation management.
- Organize and facilitate cross-squad syncs, ensuring alignment on shared deliverables and dependencies.
- Provide detailed progress updates, dashboards, and reports to management and stakeholders.
- Support prioritization and resource alignment to meet organizational objectives.
- Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.
- Contribute to refining delivery processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to enhance transparency and predictability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, ideally within fintech, forex, or technology-driven organizations.
- Proven experience managing multi-squad or cross-functional projects involving multiple systems or platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working effectively across technical and business teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with a focus on identifying risks early and driving actionable solutions.
- Experience in reporting project progress, performance, and dependencies to senior management.
- Ability to influence teams without direct authority, driving results through collaboration and structure.
