About the role

Junior Analyst supporting Allegro e-Xperience Program by providing data-driven insights and collaborating with Product Managers. Involves SQL, Python, and dashboard development for e-commerce improvements.

Responsibilities

You will be part of a collaborative environment, working closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and development teams to improve the Allegro platform
You will support Product and Business teams by providing clear, data-driven insights that help make our customers' shopping experience unique.
You will verify hypotheses regarding the impact of newly implemented changes on key platform metrics, such as revenue.
You will develop interactive dashboards (using tools like Tableau or Looker Studio) to track the ongoing performance of our products and processes.
On a daily basis, you will analyze large data sets using SQL and Python to find meaningful patterns in user behavior.

Are familiar with the fundamentals of SQL and Python, and understand how to select and interpret data visualization techniques (knowing specific tools like Tableau or Data Studio is just a bonus).
Would like to learn from experts and gain your first hands-on commercial experience in a supportive environment where your daily work has a real impact on the Allegro platform.
Are eager to continuously develop your skills and expand knowledge including learning how to effectively communicate your data insights to Product Managers, UX Designers, and developers.
Like analyses and can look at problems logically, wanting to learn how to navigate large data sets to help us draw actionable business conclusions.
Are willing to act according to the best practice recommended in the team, learning step-by-step how to write clean, reusable code that makes everyone's work easier.
Know English at B2+ level.
