Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or other relevant fields
Minimum 15 years of experience in the insurance industry
Experience providing strategic consulting to major clients
Expertise in insurance business processes (life, property and casualty, group benefits, etc.)
Excellent understanding of industry challenges and market trends
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Master of Business Administration (MBA) is an asset
Proficiency in French and English
