Responsibilities
Drive AI adoption within the EMEA Cloud Marketing organization.
Act as the central coordination point for various AI initiatives and programs.
Develop strategies with AI Champions to promote usage and integration of AI in marketing workflows.
Monitor and report adoption metrics and program impact.
Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders and teams.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in program management or marketing initiatives.
Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications in marketing.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Tooling Feedback Loop: Gather structured feedback from the field to ensure technical teams build the tools, data integrations, and workflows marketers actually need.
