About the role
- Intern supporting education team by blending instructional design with audiovisual production and generative AI. Transforming educational concepts into engaging digital media in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Audiovisual Content Creation: Design and edit high-quality educational videos and graphics.
- AI-Enhanced Production: Utilize Generative AI tools for image and video creation, including the development of AI avatars and automated voiceovers to streamline content production.
- Video Post-Production: Manage subtitling and short-form editing using tools like Veed.io or CapCut to ensure content is dynamic and accessible.
- LMS Management & Localization: Localize educational materials for different languages and handle the technical upload and configuration of content within WordPress (LearnDash).
- Asset Maintenance: Update and improve existing training materials to ensure they align with the latest visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Technical Support: Provide ticket support to employees, resolving training-related inquiries and LMS access issues.
Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Audiovisual Production, Instructional Design, or a related Communication field.
- Technical Proficiency: * Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools for media creation (e.g., Midjourney, HeyGen, or similar).
- Experience with video editing apps like Veed.io or CapCut.
- Web & Technical Skills: Basic understanding of WordPress and/or similar platforms is a significant plus.
- Design Sensibility: A strong eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling, with a commitment to following brand guidelines.
- Language & Communication: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required for content localization and team collaboration.
- Soft Skills: A proactive, "eager to learn" attitude with the ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously
