Responsibilities
Join the Claims Management team, in charge of refunding €350M+ of healthcare expenses every year to 1M+ members
Refund each member fast and accurate, while being cost-effective for Alan
Handle health claims in a technical, deep, and exciting product division
Work on document processing, claims experience, payments, and fraud fighting
Help build user-friendly experience and efficient payment infrastructure
Contribute to fraud fighting initiatives using Machine Learning
Requirements
Engineers with 3+ years of experience
Passionate about creating delightful products with exceptional user experiences
Good experience building and shipping web applications
Interested in the business side - understanding conversion funnels, marketing metrics, and what drives growth
Clear progression in career - increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time
Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross-platform environment
Familiar with modern web technologies and proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, or C#)
