Responsibilities
Perform FEM and other types of structural simulations and provide the associated FEM documentation for: Detailed FEM model build, verification & validation
Global FEM modelling (for inner load distribution), verification and validation, loading based on Flight Physics inputs, pressure loads, thermal mapping and cabin loads
Linear and Non-linear FEM analyses
Meshless simulations, e.g. SIMSOLID simulations
Proof of concept for automation tools
Application of Artificial Intelligence for FEM activities
Requirements
Master's degree / Diploma in Engineering or similar qualifications
Experience in FEM and associated Process, Methods & Tools
Experience in aircraft engineering is a plus
Ability to work with many interfaces with different knowledge levels and cultural backgrounds adapting your communication accordingly
Data-driven mindset and motivation to improve the way we work and interact with the world around us (e.g. using AI)
Fluency in English is mandatory, German is appreciated
