Assistant Juridique supporting legal processes in a company specializing in innovative digital solutions. Handling customer inquiries and assisting with various legal documentation and communication.
Responsibilities
Inform contacts about the status of their files and the types of documents involved (expert report, summons, judgment…)
Redirect contacts to the appropriate department so they receive a suitable response, identifying the request itself and the type of contract concerned
Escalate contacts' requests to the lawyer managing the file and schedule phone appointments if necessary
Requirements
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Law
You are comfortable speaking and enjoy interacting by phone
Customer satisfaction is your priority; you are a good listener and show empathy
You are comfortable using computers and common office software
You enjoy working autonomously while maintaining a team spirit
Successful experience in telephone-based customer service is a plus; however, the position is open to recent graduates
