Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of SAP experience as CRM and SD Functional Lead
- Minimum experience implementing 2 End-2-End SAP implementation projects as SD or CRM functional consultant
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD: Quote & Order Management, Pricing, Tax & Rebate Processing, Delivery & Shipment, Billing & Revenue Recognition, Material Master & Variant Configuration
- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM: Service Delivery, Inhouse Repair Order, Service Contracts, Pricing & Tax Procedures, Service Billing, and Master Data (Installed Base, Equipment, Customer, Contacts)
- Experience in integrated SAP-eCommerce solutions
- Understanding of CRM and ECC transactions, master data tables, and relationships
- Skilled in testing IT solutions: test strategy, test cases, test types, and test levels
- Knowledge of SAP ECC and CRM middleware setup
- Exposure to SAP CRM, C/4HANA, CPQ, and eCommerce platform integration
