About the role
- Product Manager leading a squad responsible for treasury management solutions at Agicap. Collaborating with development teams and business stakeholders for strategic product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be responsible for a squad of 5 developers and 1 Product Designer.
- You will operate on a functional and highly strategic area for Agicap: treasury/cash management, in particular short-term and long-term management including liquidity planning. This area is at the heart of Agicap’s strategic priorities, is highly cross-functional, and requires close collaboration with other squads and internal business stakeholders.
Requirements
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager
- You have strong interest and experience in the field of treasury and have previously worked in or with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) as a PM on a treasury product (liquidity planning, cash management)
- You are enthusiastic, collaborative and driven
- You are customer-, problem- and impact-oriented
- You have a logical mindset and strong synthesis skills
- You have excellent design and product-thinking abilities
- You demonstrate methodological rigor
- You can start from a user need and transform it into multiple features
- You have a team spirit and a desire to learn as well as share your knowledge
- You are used to working directly with developers and designers
- You are comfortable listening to and communicating with external stakeholders
- You show a strong sense of ownership
- You are comfortable handling topics with a significant technical component within a product
- You are fluent in French and English (knowledge of German or Italian is a plus)
- You are ambitious and attracted to the startup mindset
