This is an open position on the Medical Practice Solutions team, to work in a hybrid model based in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro. As a Senior Product Designer at Afya, your primary objective will be to lead the creation of user-centered digital solutions, aligning business strategy, experience, and continuous value delivery. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design
- Proficiency in facilitation methods and techniques to run team dynamics and workshops
- Experience with product discovery and the design and/or development of digital products for web and mobile environments
- Proficiency in high-fidelity design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Lovable
- Extensive knowledge of Product and UX metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Strong ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support design decisions
