About the role
- Senior Asset Security Analyst responsible for governance and security of assets at Afya. Ensuring protection of people and information while mitigating risks and complying with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and manage asset security policies, standards and procedures;
- Analyze risks and vulnerabilities and develop prevention and contingency plans;
- Coordinate and supervise third-party security and guarding companies;
- Manage electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, electric fences, etc.);
- Work on loss prevention, theft, vandalism and incidents;
- Prepare management reports, indicators (KPIs) and performance analyses;
- Work collaboratively with areas such as Legal, Compliance and IT;
- Ensure compliance with legislation, technical standards and corporate policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Experience in risk and vulnerability analysis, with the ability to develop action plans, prevention measures and contingency plans;
- Previous experience in managing asset/physical security;
- Availability to travel.
