About the role
- Graphic Designer creating innovative graphics for apparel across Catalyst Brands’ lifestyle labels. Collaborating with teams to develop seasonal concepts that resonate with the target customer.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative exploration and execution of graphic design concepts within assigned apparel categories
- Design original, trend-right artwork that aligns with seasonal direction and brand aesthetics
- Develop unique typographic treatments, illustrations, and layout solutions for apparel applications
- Own the graphic direction for assigned product categories while partnering with the Design team
- Research and interpret design trends using social media platforms, market analysis, and historical data
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Design, Merchandising, and Production
- Prepare and present trend and inspiration boards to communicate seasonal design vision
- Maintain organized digital design libraries and reference materials
- Own the adaptation and final production of approved artwork for assigned categories
- Present design concepts and seasonal assortments to senior leadership
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience designing graphics for men’s apparel
- Proven ability to develop innovative, brand-right graphic concepts and typography
- Strong sketching and illustration skills
- Deep understanding of Catalyst Brands’ lifestyle brand demographics and market positioning
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with digital collaboration tools such as Miro is a plus.
