Responsibilities
- As a Consultant within Square Management’s People & Change Center of Excellence or Digital Marketing practice, you will work on organizational and digital transformation initiatives for our large luxury-sector clients:
- Project Management & Product Innovation — Feature conception and design: analyze customer needs and develop personalized recommendation algorithms to enhance the user experience on applications and e-commerce platforms.
- Cross-functional coordination (Business, IT, Operations) to launch and govern complex projects across different functions.
- Data & Strategy — Perform data analysis to optimize customer journeys and deliver strategic, decision-support recommendations.
- Delivery & Quality — Manage project delivery from the initial diagnosis through development testing to coordination of final implementation.
- Change Management & Digital Adoption — Define and lead change programs to support the rollout of core systems (ERP, CRM, Digital Workplace) aimed at embedding new ways of working.
Requirements
- You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or university, with a specialization in the luxury sector.
- You have at least 3 years of successful experience in a consulting firm or in-house, ideally on transformation projects within marketing, digital, transformation, or data teams.
- You are rigorous and well-organized, committed to delivery, and enjoy working in teams.
- You can operate autonomously and with agility in demanding environments.
- You are fluent in English.
