Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in design with a strong portfolio that shows excellence in UX/UI design across mobile and web.
  • Demonstrated success designing for commerce or monetization experiences.
  • Strong visual design skills paired with strategic thinking.
  • Familiarity with experimentation (A/B testing), data-driven design, and growth principles.
  • Comfort using both quantitative and qualitative research to inform your work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and push projects forward independently.
