Intern contributing to Change Management and Communication at ADEO. Supporting international transformation projects and enhancing communication strategies in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Working in collaboration with the Change Lead and the team's Change Managers, you will contribute to deploying the change management strategy.
Depending on your profile, your tasks will include: Brand Strategy & Internal Communication — contributing to the development of the marketing and positioning of our change support offering (visual identity, action plan).
Produce impactful content in English (articles, visual materials, newsletters) for the deliverables of the overall change plan.
Change governance & activation: Support the Change representatives of international Business Units (BUs) to adapt initiatives and programs to local contexts.
Take part in innovative cross-functional projects (piloting AI assistants, creating training modules).
Knowledge management & Playbook: Enrich the GTS Change Playbook by converting project-specific resources (WMS, Safety, etc.) into generic, reusable tools for all.
Requirements
You are a Master’s student (M1 or M2) in Communication, Project Management, HR, or a Business School, seeking an internship of at least 6 months.
You are creative, proactive, and able to turn ideas into pragmatic solutions.
You have excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
You are proficient with collaborative tools and have an interest in innovation (AI, digital).
English (minimum B2 level) is required: much of your deliverables and interactions will take place in an international context.
You have a strong sense of pedagogy, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-service mindset.
