About the role

• Full Stack Engineer building production-ready generative AI systems that empower game studios. Collaborating with teams to develop scalable tools and workflows in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full stack applications that integrate generative AI and machine learning capabilities into studio tools, developer platforms, and production workflows.
• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power AI-driven systems used across game development and studio operations.
• Build intuitive, responsive interfaces that allow developers, artists, and creative teams to interact effectively with AI-powered tools.
• Rapidly prototype and experiment with new AI-driven capabilities, validating ideas and evolving successful prototypes into reliable production systems.
• Apply a range of AI and machine learning techniques, selecting the right approaches for real-world production environments and creative workflows.
• Implement and integrate AI systems using modern orchestration approaches and emerging standards such as Model Context Protocol to support modular, extensible AI workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally with research, platform, product, security, and studio engineering teams to translate emerging capabilities into practical tools and services.
• Own systems end to end, including architecture, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with Python and JavaScript or TypeScript, with 5+ years of experience building backend services and modern frontend applications.
• Experience designing and shipping full stack software in production environments, with a focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Experience integrating AI into real-world applications, including model inference, orchestration approaches such as tool calling, retrieval augmented systems, or protocols like Model Context Protocol.
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or similar environments, including deploying and operating services at scale.
• Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals and applied AI techniques, including familiarity with deep learning approaches such as convolutional neural networks and generative models.
• Comfort working with containerization and modern infrastructure practices such as Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud managed services.
