About the role

Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of integrated media strategies (including print, TV/CTV/ATV, digital, OOH, social media)
- Leadership and management of external media and digital agencies, including contract negotiations
- Planning and monitoring of all communications measures: analytical, performance-oriented, and target-group focused
- Further development and optimization of the brand websites (SEO, UX, content), including reporting & analytics
- Responsibility for and creative execution of the social media presence (including Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Management of digital campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube, SEA, etc.) and continuous conversion optimization
- Close collaboration with Brand Management, Data Protection, Sales & Business Development
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role — ideally in the healthcare sector or FMCG
- Deep understanding of media planning, digital communication, and content marketing
- Experience managing complex campaigns and leading agencies
- Strong analytical skills, hands-on mentality, and a strategic mindset
- Excellent German and English skills (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel (conferences, meetings, etc.) and enjoyment of teamwork in a respectful environment
