Responsibilities
Provide essential administrative and operational support within Abion’s Brand & Legal Department
Ensure that documents, deadlines, and case-related data are handled accurately and on time
Work closely with Paralegals and Attorneys, assisting in the preparation of documents, correspondence, and filings
Handle sensitive client and case information, ensuring strict confidentiality, discretion, and adherence to Abion’s ethical standards
Requirements
Proficiency in digital tools (Microsoft Office, document management systems, etc.)
Previous experience of working in a administratively heavy role where they have been supporting others with a service.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Interest in intellectual property, trademarks, and legal administration
Willingness to learn internal systems
Service-minded and collaborative attitude with a professional approach
High level of accuracy and discretion in handling confidential information
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work reliably under supervision
Proactive and curious mindset, eager to grow within the Brand & Legal Department
