Enterprise Applications Administrator managing Salesforce and integrating business applications like Dialpad and PandaDocs. Focusing on reducing manual data entry and maintaining data integrity.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary owner for Salesforce, managing daily requests including field fixes, data corrections, and advanced troubleshooting.
Lead the administration and maintenance of peripheral tools including Dialpad (IVR and call routing), PandaDocs (template management), Notion, Jira, etc.
Proactively drive the cleanup of technical debt, duplicate fields, and inconsistent naming conventions across all integrated platforms.
Partner with Sales and Ops leadership to deliver critical visibility into performance through reports and dashboards.
Enforce role-based access across Salesforce, Dialpad, and PandaDocs to ensure HIPAA compliance and secure data handling.
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Expertise in Salesforce: Proven ability to build and troubleshoot advanced Flows, validation rules, and custom objects. Salesforce Administrator Certificate preferred.
Broad SaaS Proficiency: Proven experience administering or integrating external tools like Dialpad, PandaDocs, Jira, or Notion.
Technical Fluency: A strong interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, AgentForce) to boost user efficiency.
Location: Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work hybrid from our office 3–4 days per week.
