Quality Assurance Officer ensuring pharmaceutical products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborating with teams to resolve critical issues impacting patient safety.
Responsibilities
Investigate and close deviations, manage complaints
Support the development and operation of the quality management system
Review and correct production documentations
Find solutions to problems arising in the production and warehouse areas in cooperation with the corresponding departments, as well as the Qualified Persons and Responsible Persons of the company
Manage QA-related databases and documentation
Collaborate daily with local and international colleagues (QPs, RPs, departments)
Evaluate transport temperature excursions and prepare risk analyses
Initiate corrective and preventive actions and proposing their implementation in the documentation system
Communicate new operational procedures at site/company level, and provide related trainings
Support audits, inspections and change control processes
Prepare reports and statistics for QA management (QMR)
Requirements
At least Bachelor’s degree in the field of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
1 or 2 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar position
Solid English skills, both written and spoken (intermediate level required)
Experience in a GxP-regulated environment is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Openness to learning and adapting in a dynamic environment
Strong time management skills and commitment to meeting deadlines
Attention to detail and a structured, consistent approach to work
