About the role
- Quality Assurance Officer ensuring pharmaceutical products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborating with teams to resolve critical issues impacting patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and close deviations, manage complaints
- Support the development and operation of the quality management system
- Review and correct production documentations
- Find solutions to problems arising in the production and warehouse areas in cooperation with the corresponding departments, as well as the Qualified Persons and Responsible Persons of the company
- Manage QA-related databases and documentation
- Collaborate daily with local and international colleagues (QPs, RPs, departments)
- Evaluate transport temperature excursions and prepare risk analyses
- Initiate corrective and preventive actions and proposing their implementation in the documentation system
- Communicate new operational procedures at site/company level, and provide related trainings
- Support audits, inspections and change control processes
- Prepare reports and statistics for QA management (QMR)
Requirements
- At least Bachelor’s degree in the field of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
- 1 or 2 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar position
- Solid English skills, both written and spoken (intermediate level required)
- Experience in a GxP-regulated environment is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Openness to learning and adapting in a dynamic environment
- Strong time management skills and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail and a structured, consistent approach to work
