Requirements
Bachelor's or Doctorate in Pharmacy required

Three years of clinical experience in a supervisory position or completion of a non-management pharmacy residency program and two years of supervisory experience or completion of Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (HSPAL) residency program
Active pharmacist licensure by the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy
Certification in Basic Life Support
